As the temperature plummets, and the Christmas spirit peaks, there's no better drink to warm your soul than a spiced, fruity mulled wine. With a little twist on the classic recipe, our tamarind-infused version is not one to miss this season.
- 1.5 litre red wine
- 750 mL white wine
- 1/3 cups of sugar
- 2 tbsp of Pico's Varanasi Tamarind Chutney
- 3 slices of Orange
Heat red and white wines, sugar, and Pico's Varanasi Tamarind chutney sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until mixture is simmering but not boiling.
