Hot Spiced Christmas Wine (with a Tamarind Twist)

As the temperature plummets, and the Christmas spirit peaks, there's no better drink to warm your soul than a spiced, fruity mulled wine. With a little twist on the classic recipe, our tamarind-infused version is not one to miss this season.

Instructions:

  1. Heat red and white wines, sugar, and Pico's Varanasi Tamarind chutney sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until mixture is simmering but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat. Pour into a heatproof glass or mug with a slice of orange as a garnish
